Mr. Shaikh Abdus Sami (Independent Director / Chairman)

Mr. Shaikh Abdus Sami is a member & Chairman of Board of Burshane LPG Pakistan Ltd and also become Chairman and member of various committees, beside that he carries 35 years of rich and varied banking& management experience. Starting his professional career with Exxon Chemicals he moved to BCCI Bank as a Trainee officer. Over the years, he progressed to senior level positions in Commercial, Corporate, Investment Banking and Risk Management with first tier local & international Banks, both in Pakistan and overseas with training & assignments in London, Kuwait, New York, Riyadh, Jakarta, Dubai and Hong Kong, etc. He has worked with American Express Bank, Saudi Fransi Bank, NIB Bank and SAMBA, Saudi Arabia. His last assignment was Group Head, Corporate & Investment Banking PAIR Investment Co. Karachi. He has been a member of management committees of several Banks which has given him an excellent perspective of governance issues. He has a thorough understanding of economy, banking matters, regulations, policies, and practices governing the banking and finance landscape.

Mr. Ali Niazi (Director / CEO)

Mr. Ali Niazi is a graduate from American School and running a retail and distribution business. He is a Director & CEO of M/s. Khan International Brands (Pvt.) Limited. Besides this company he is also a director in Burshane LPG (Pakistan) Limited and Burshane Petroleum (Pvt.) Limited.

Mr. Asad Alam Niazi (Director)

Colonel (Retd) Asad Alam Niazi is a businessman. He is the CEO of Burshane LPG
(Pakistan) Limited since 2014. He is also a Director on the Board of Burshane LPG
(Pakistan) Limited. He has more than 15 years of experience as a professional
businessman. He is also a Director in Burshane Petroleum (Private) Limited, Norinco
International Thatta Power (Private) Limited and ALSAA & AAK Commodities (Private)
Limited.

Mr. Amir Aziz (Director)

Mr. Amir Aziz joined Burshane in 1995 as a shift Engineer, he is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate with over 20 years’ experience in managing LPG Plant Operations, Supply and Logistics, Road Transport HSE Management and Contracting & Procurement. He is a strategic planner with extensive experience in budgeting, planning and managing plant engineering activities to meet production targets within the cost and time parameters. He have extensive experience in managing sustainable operational and HSE excellence across all distribution processes. Amir is also proficient in developing vendors and managing maintenance activities and implementation of HSSE requirements

Ms. Shahbano Hameed (NIT Nominee Director)

Shahbano Hameed is a graduate from NUST Business School and a Postgraduate from Aston Business School Birmingham in Finance. In continuation to her financial skill excellence she is also pursuing the CFA charter. She has a diverse and a long corporate banking and digital product development experience starting from Allied Bank in 2004 to Barclays Bank in 2008, Askari Bank in 2011 and most recently as Director and National Head of B2B Sales at Telenor Bank for the past seven years. She has been instrumental in setting up the Corprate and Government relations desk at Easypaisa and at the forefront of designing and implementing out of the box digital solutions for both government programs as well as large local and multinational corporate. With a multifaceted experience of approx 15 years she has written various microfinance publications and had Directorship positions in large local Corporates.

Mr. Saifee Zakiuddin (Director)

Saifee Zakiuddin is a chartered Accountant having more than 35 years of Professional experience in various local as well as Multinational Companies within Pakistan and abroad. He has served in the Country’s top ranking Accounting firm Price waterhouse Coopers (PwC). During his career he has served as a Head of Finance, Company Secretary and Director Finance. Currently he is Director on the board of Burshane LPG (Pakistan) Limited and some other unlisted Companies.

Maj.Gen Rafi Ullah Khan ( R ) ( Independent Director )

Maj.Gen Rafi Ullah Khan (R) is a retired Army service professional. He is the director of Burshane LPG (Pakistan) Limited since 2018. He is M.Sc. Hons (Defense studies) and having more than 38 years of experience with 17 years of experience as a director. He is also having director and trustee in on various organization including Khan Institute of Technology, Al Noor Welfare Trust and Tamir e millat Education Institution.

Breg. (Retd.) Rashid Siddiqi ( Independent Director )

Breg. (Retd.) Rashid Siddiqi joined Pakistan Army (Infantry) and rose to the rank of Brigadier. He has over 30 years of experience in strategic planning, shipping industry, corporate management, administration and financial controls. In addition, He has good knowledge of Fund Management, Business strategies to maximize business potential & inter-personal skills. He is a Director, Group Advisor in Dynamic World Wide Logistics Group and trustee in various organizations including Al-Mujtaba Trust, Brooke Animal Pakistan and Al-Mustafa Trust. He has served as a Chairman, Vice Chairman and Executive Director in Pakistan National Shipping Corporation.
