Mr. Saifee Zakiuddin

Mr. Saifee Zakiuddin is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Pakistan and has completed his articles from Price Waterhouse & Co. which
is one of the leading CA firms in Pakistan. Mr. Zakiuddin also has a vast experience of over 35
years in working at top positions in the finance department of various organizations including
Gulistan Textile Mills Limited, where he worked as Group Finance Manager, and which is a very
big textile group of the country. He is currently serving as Director Finance in Burshane LPG
(Pakistan) Limited. Besides this company, he is also serving as Director Finance in M/s NORINCO
Intl Thatta Power (Pvt.) Limited which is a 100MW Wind Power Project incorporated by
NORINCO International Cooperation Limited, China, in cooperation with AN Energy (Pvt.)
Limited, Pakistan.
